Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
